Brid Shinners

Brid Shinners returned to Athlone in 2017 after living near Brussels for 2 years, where she studied Fine Art in Braine l’Alleud Art School with Bern Wery. Dillon’s France and Dillon’s Exile are inspired by Arthur Richard Dillon (1721-1806) the youngest son of Arthur Dillon of Roscommon (son of the 7th Viscount Dillon of Costello-Gallen) who fled France after the Williamite War.
