Catherine Patrickson

When she was a small child, Catherine Patrickson’s family moved from Leitrim to Lanesboro, her mother’s home village, and with still vivid memories of an other place, she became very conscious of the dichotomy of being both of a place, and a ‘Blow-in’. Catherine Patrickson is an Irish artist working primarily in mixed-media processes involving varying combinations of inks, gouache and watercolour pigments.
