Rosemarie Langtry

Rosemarie Langtry is a contemporary visual artist working and living in Athlone, Co Westmeath, Ireland. She graduated in Fine Art in 2014 from Galway & Mayo Institute of Technology and has a certificate in Community Art Development from NUI Maynooth. "I have realised my approach as an artist, the process, has evolved from my experience working in the bog and land as a child. Digging, weeding, turning, saving, collecting, my hands-on contact, feeling and connection with the land and nature. I hope that’s what my art brings to the viewer."
